Wayne County Health Department
The Wayne County Health Department is currently seeking applicants for the SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM APPEALS BOARD of Wayne County.
The appointees will be appointed to a two-year term and will serve without compensation. The Sewage Treatment System Appeals Board is being created as a result of the recent passing of the Senate Bill 110 and provides for an alternative appeals process for those homeowners who want to appeal the decision of a board of health, regarding sewage treatment system issues, and don't want to go through the Court of Common Pleas process.
