Home Arrest

The Staff of the Home Arrest Department electronically monitors defendants to ensures their compliance with court ordered terms and conditions. This includes interviewing of defendants, conducting home visits and installing /maintaining the electronic monitoring equipment. When warranted the Home Arrest officers violate and arrest defendants for non-compliance.
